After breakfast, explore both Old and New Delhi. In Old Delhi, visit Jama Masjid, one of India’s largest mosques, and take a rickshaw ride through the bustling Chandni Chowk. In New Delhi, admire India Gate, Connaught Place, and the Qutub Minar. Then, drive to Shekhawati, renowned for its 18th and 19th-century havelis adorned with beautiful frescoes. Visit the frescoed havelis of Mandawa before departing for Bikaner, a desert city surrounded by mighty walls. Drive toward Udaipur with a stop at Ranakpur, famous for its exquisite 15th-century Jain temples. The Adinath Temple, supported by 1,444 intricately carved marble pillars, is one of India’s architectural masterpieces. Visit the local market of Sadri and observe traditional irrigation systems. Continue to Udaipur, the “City of Lakes,” for overnight stay.

Drive to Jaipur, the “Pink City.” After lunch, visit the royal City Palace, home to the current Maharaja, and the Jantar Mantar Observatory, built in the 18th century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Enjoy a rickshaw ride through Jaipur’s old town and optionally watch a Bollywood movie at the iconic Rajmandir cinema. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
In the morning, ascend to Amber Fort by elephant (or jeep descent). Visit its ornate palaces and courtyards. Stop at the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and the Jal Mahal (Water Palace) for photos. Spend the afternoon exploring local markets and end your day with a visit to the Birla Temple. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Depart for Agra with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, Emperor Akbar’s abandoned city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its red sandstone palaces and mosques. Continue to Agra, home of the Taj Mahal. Overnight stay in Agra.
Early morning, take a horse-drawn carriage to the Taj Mahal — India’s eternal symbol of love. Visit the Red Fort, an architectural masterpiece and UNESCO site, offering panoramic views of the Taj.
