These Terms apply to B2B partners (travel agencies, tour operators, corporate/MICE organizers) and, where relevant, to group participants whose services are arranged by a B2B partner. By requesting a quotation, confirming a booking, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

Requesting a quotation, confirming a booking or making any payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The B2B travel agency, tour operator, or group organiser contracting our services.
Ground handling for custom group travel including hotels, transport, guides, entrances, meals, events, and complete travel coordination as contracted.
These definitions explain the meaning of commonly used terms throughout these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with every section below.
All itineraries are customized on request; no fixed departures are sold.
Quotes are typically valid for 7β15 days unless stated otherwise and remain subject to availability at the time of booking.
Prices may vary due to supplier availability, currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, tax revisions, blackout periods, peak-season demand, or itinerary changes requested by you.
Unless specifically mentioned, quotations exclude visas, travel insurance, tips, personal expenses, and any services not listed under "Included".
GST and any other applicable taxes or government levies, where applicable, are payable by the Partner unless otherwise specified.
Every quotation is prepared specifically for your requested travel dates, group size, hotel category, and services. Final confirmation always depends on live supplier availability.
Provisional holds (if offered) are time-bound and lapse automatically if the required deposit is not received before the specified cut-off.
Confirmed bookings require a written go-ahead together with the applicable booking deposit as per the payment terms.
Final rooming list, arrival & departure details and special requests are generally required 21 days before the first service unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
Early check-in and late check-out remain subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
To avoid availability issues, we recommend confirming your booking and submitting the final rooming list well before the travel date, especially during festivals and peak travel seasons.

Hotel confirmations, service vouchers and manifests are released after receipt of all due payments.
Timely payments help us secure your preferred hotels, transport, guides and experiences. Delayed payments may affect availability or lead to cancellation of reserved services.
Post-confirmation changes including travel dates, hotels, services, itinerary, or group size remain subject to availability and may result in revised pricing.
Name corrections, passenger substitutions, and rooming revisions requested close to arrival may attract supplier amendment charges.
We recommend finalising all itinerary details before confirmation to avoid additional supplier charges and availability issues.
Our cancellation schedule mirrors supplier terms. Typical guidance (unless the quotation specifies otherwise):
Forfeit of booking deposit and any non-refundable supplier components.
Cancellation charges may range between 50%β75% of the total trip cost.
Cancellation, no-show, or early departure may result in charges up to 100% of the total trip cost.
Specific hotels, coaches, trains, flights, attractions, event venues, and peak-season services may have stricter cancellation policies. Where applicable, supplier-specific conditions shall prevail over the general policy above.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, severe weather, or technical failures.
Weather, floods, earthquakes, storms, and other natural disasters.
Travel restrictions, official orders, border closures, or regulatory actions.
Wherever reasonably possible, we will assist with suitable alternatives and revised quotations.
Additional costs arising from alternative arrangements, where applicable, shall remain payable by the Partner.
Valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and all entry requirements remain the responsibility of the Partner and participants.
We may provide guidance regarding visa procedures, however approval decisions remain solely with the relevant authorities.
Entry refusal, immigration delays, documentation issues, or denied visas remain outside our control and are non-refundable.
Medical conditions, mobility requirements, dietary preferences, or special assistance requests should be shared during quotation.
Participants are expected to follow local laws, hotel regulations, transport rules, and all safety instructions issued during the journey.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveller before departure.
Our team works closely with trusted hotels, transport providers, and local partners to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-organised travel experience throughout your journey.
Hotel categories follow the official classification of each property or local tourism authority. Star ratings may differ from one destination to another.
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Twin, Double, Triple rooms, child policy, and extra bed availability remain subject to hotel inventory and local regulations.
Every effort is made to honour confirmed room preferences, however final allocation always remains subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in.
Vehicle categories are allocated according to the final group size, luggage requirements, and prevailing road conditions.
Requested guide languages remain subject to availability. Where unavoidable, an appropriate alternative may be arranged with prior notice.
Traffic, weather, security conditions, or local restrictions may affect timings. For safety and operational reasons, itinerary sequencing may be adjusted when necessary.
Our operations team continuously monitors travel conditions to deliver the safest and smoothest experience while minimising disruptions wherever reasonably possible.
Participants are responsible for their baggage and valuables at all times. Airlines, railways and coach operators have independent baggage policies. Tour En Inde shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage except where required under applicable law.
Keep passports, cash, medicines and valuable belongings in your cabin bag throughout the journey.
Only services specifically listed as "Included" within the confirmed proposal or voucher form part of the contracted travel services.
Items not listed as included β such as personal expenses, mini-bar, tips, optional activities, medical expenses, porterage (unless specified) and room service β remain excluded.
For white-label operations, we respect the Partner's branding for participant-facing material where agreed.
With the Partner's consent, Tour En Inde may reference the Partner's name and non-identifying trip information as portfolio or case-study material. Participant photographs, where used, will always follow privacy regulations.
We process personal information solely for providing travel services and legitimate business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including the EU/UK GDPR (where applicable) and India's DPDP Act, 2023. The Partner is responsible for lawfully sharing participant information and obtaining all necessary consents.
Your information is used only for booking, operational coordination, legal compliance, and service delivery.
Tour En Inde acts as a destination management company coordinating independent suppliers including hotels, transport providers, guides, and venues. Each supplier remains responsible for its own services.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees received for the affected services.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, profit, or reputational losses.
The Partner shall indemnify Tour En Inde against claims resulting from inaccurate information or breaches of these Terms.
Provide correct rooming lists, flight details, passport information, and dietary requirements on time.
Obtain necessary participant consent before sharing personal information with us or our suppliers.
Ensure payments are made by the agreed deadlines. Delayed payments may result in cancellation.
Communicate itinerary rules, local regulations, and ensure orderly participant behaviour.
Any service concern should be reported immediately to our on-ground team so that we can attempt a real-time resolution.
Written complaints should be submitted within 7 days after completion of the trip together with supporting evidence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal requirement, the Courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Both parties agree to first attempt an amicable settlement and, where appropriate, mediation before commencing legal proceedings.
Tour En Inde may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The Effective Date indicates the latest version. Updated Terms normally apply to future bookings unless otherwise required by applicable law.

B2B partners β travel agencies, tour operators and corporate/MICE organizers β and, where relevant, group participants whose services they arrange.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at booking confirmation; the remaining balance is due 21 days before the first service date.
Typically: forfeit of deposit for cancellations 30+ days out; 50β75% of trip cost for 15β29 days out; and up to 100% for cancellations, no-shows or early departure within 0β14 days, unless the quotation states otherwise.
Quotations are typically valid 7β15 days unless stated otherwise, and remain subject to live supplier availability.
No, force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.) are outside Tour En Inde's control; the company assists with alternatives where reasonably possible.
The Partner and participants are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits and vaccination certificates; Tour En Inde may provide visa guidance but final approval rests with the relevant authorities.
